Tuscany Hills
- Nampa, Idaho – Tuscany Hills is an exciting new development located atop a ridge overlooking beautiful Lake Lowell and the entire Treasure Valley. Rinconada Group has put together a top notch team of Engineers and Land Planners to take advantage of this rare piece of development ground and received a Conditional Use Permit from the Canyon County Commissioners on February 1st, 2007. The subdivision will utilize existing water rights that are deeded to the property for irrigation water needs. Tuscany Hills is a high quality subdivision in every way, from the site itself to the proposed amenities. Builders and home buyers will be excited to have the opportunity to be a part of this remarkable community in a location that is unlike any other in the Treasure Valley.

Location
These are arguably the best views offered of lake Lowell and Boise Valley from this area.  The extraordinary topography of the site is hard to find in Canyon County. From the top of the ridge the views are expansive in every direction. With Lake Lowell to the North and the snow capped Owyhee mountains to the south, practically every lot in the subdivision will have a spectacular view. The majority of home sites will face North to Lake Lowell and because of the slope will have unobstructed views.

Lot Sizes

Although there are other proposed subdivisions in the area none of them offer the product diversity that is found in Tuscany hills, with lots that range from .36 to 1.58 of an acre, home buyers who want to live in the area and enjoy the views will find a lot that will fit their needs. Many buyers moving to the valley have no intention of keeping livestock and a 3 acre lot can be difficult for them to maintain. The average lot size of other proposed subdivision in the vicinity is 1.5 to 4 acres.
